A family member of ours was in the hospital for a heart attack.

He received excellent care from all, but Yolanda took the time to sit with him in the middle of the night and let him talk about his feelings and emotions. He never does this, and she made him feel comfortable and able to actually talk out his fears and such.

We, his family, were not able to stay with him at night, and are so grateful to Yolanda for letting him talk out his feelings. He was able to go to sleep after that and get some rest, he said.

He actually teared up, saying how grateful he was for her taking the time to listen and for a heartfelt hug.
