My grandmother was admitted to the ICU due to choking and losing consciousness. She was without oxygen for about 35 minutes or so. So when we got to the ICU, things did not look good.

Conner was one of our nurses and was the best one I’ve ever had an experience with. He was very attentive to us as a grieving family, checking to see if we needed anything as much as he attended to my grandmother. He treated her as if she were awake and still with us. He even brushed her hair so she looked more presentable for us on the day we pulled the life support.

He is such a compassionate person about what he does and his patients. God bless him, and it’s our luck he was able to help my grandmother transition.

During my Mother's stay in the ICU, Connor took care of her for three days. Mom had different procedures done, IV replaced, Swan placement, mitral valve placement- a lot.

He was so careful with her and treated her with respect even though he knew she was uncomfortable. He even held her hand to calm her at times; she was also a bit disoriented.

Although I know he did his job very well and was very professional, he also went above and beyond to take care of my mom and answer all of my questions. My family appreciated having Connor in our room to take care of my mom.

He is a great asset to your staff, who are also wonderful and compassionate.
