We first encountered Theresa when we attended the new lactation/infant care class before I gave birth. Theresa taught the class. We didn't know what to expect, but we were so happy we went!

Theresa gave us so much information about what to expect during L&D and afterward. She gave us helpful resources and even a tour of L&D, maternity, and the nursery. It made us feel so comfortable on the big day!

Then, when I went to be induced, Theresa was the first one I saw, and she immediately recognized my husband and me. She kept popping in to check on me throughout labor. It was so comforting - especially when my contractions became very painful, and I chose to get the epidural.

My husband had to leave the room, and I was in so much pain. Theresa physically held me through it - I am so glad she was there in that moment.

When it came to lactation, Theresa was so helpful (she is so knowledgeable), but more importantly, she was comforting and encouraging. She made me feel confident in some of my most vulnerable moments.

I am so grateful she was a part of my birth experience.
