I would like to nominate Nurse Nicollette for the DAISY Award. She provided me with exceptional care during my stay. From beginning to end, she checked in consistently and made sure I always felt heard. She did an amazing job with my pain management. Nicollette is very soft-spoken and was very positive, which played an important part in my recovery. She was very gentle, compassionate, and had such a sincere smile that matched her sincere heart. She had a calming aura about herself that radiated off her. Nicollette went above and beyond what nurses do; her bedside manner was truly 10/10. Any time she interacted with me, I could tell it was with true care, empathy, and professionalism. It is very clear that she takes pride in her work and loves what she does. Any patient would be blessed to have her on their care team. Without a doubt, she deserves the DAISY Award.
