Saina goes above and beyond. Her bedside manners are amazing. She cares about her patients even when she doesn’t have them on a particular shift.

Saina stopped by my mom’s room and opened everything on her food tray, so she didn’t have to struggle. She went above and beyond to get the BiPAP machine in her room. When I called for updates, she would contact the doctors for me.

She knew how to handle my mom with sweet words, but she was also stern enough to settle her down when she was upset.
