Joanne shows up every day and takes care of all of the patients. She is the only nurse at the clinic and takes on all of the responsibilities. Despite all of the pressure she is under, I have never heard her raise her voice or get frustrated.

All of the patients love Joanne and think of her as family. The clinic has had a lot of changes and challenges over the years, and she continues to provide the best care she can. I can not think of anyone more deserving of recognition than Joanne Allred!
