Madison creates a safe and caring environment that strengthens our patients' trust in our interdisciplinary team. She is an excellent communicator, speaks positively about team members, and actively listens to verbal and non-verbal cues from patients and team members. Madison makes an effort to put herself in our patients' shoes to better understand their perspectives and validate their feelings, concerns, and fears. She doesn't hesitate to selflessly do whatever is needed to relieve any type of patient distress or to advocate for their needs. Madison provides care that is individualized, culturally sensitive, and aligns with our patients' personal values because she actively listens.
