This teammate goes above and beyond her role as a nurse. She steps in and fills any position she can when we are short-staffed or when life events occur. Bridgette is well-rounded and never complains about having to do anything. She cares about the team and the staff. We are so grateful to have her. She was a fill-in nurse at Capelville Clinic, and she demonstrated what it means to be a true nurse. The patients gave so many compliments about how professional and attentive she was to each and every one of them. She was a breath of fresh air.
