I would like to recognize Sarah because she exemplifies all the qualities of the DAISY award. Her personality with our patients is as sweet as the flower, and her attention to detail is like the shape of its stems.

She always takes the time to make our patients feel cared for, especially on their first Infusion visits. To me, she has helped me grow as an MA and has given me additional education to improve my job skills. She always makes sure we are aware of any messages from providers to help us improve our safety.

She has even taken the task of learning how to speak Spanish to be able to speak and understand her patients better. She is just a well-rounded nurse, and I couldn't think of anyone better to receive this award.
