Tiwa is such an amazing nurse who always goes the extra mile and doesn’t avoid the hard tasks.

There are so many examples of her showing exemplary character - the most recent being when she made the hard call to report a patient voicing suicidal ideation. Tiwa didn't take it as a joke or try to ignore it. She immediately hopped into action to report it and made sure the patient received the help he needed.

The infusion room was so busy that day, and she could have easily brushed it aside, but she didn't. She did her duty as a nurse and advocated to find the proper care for a deeply troubled patient. Her actions gained an incredible amount of respect from me and other members of the infusion team.

She didn't dodge her responsibilities. She stood up for her patient's safety and mental health. She is an incredible person and co-worker.
