I see quite a few specialties at OSF, with a lot of good clinical staff. However, Nurse Tori goes above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable and heard both during appointments and in follow-up phone calls and messages.

She is extremely supportive when dealing with sensitive issues that may be hard to disclose for a patient. She has offered me kind and supportive words, genuine concern, and always requests informed consent for any procedures.

I was recently seen in the office due to a flare of moderate to severe pain; Tori offered me an ice pack for comfort as soon as I entered the room — it was such a kind and compassionate small gesture that really made a difference.
