While I was visiting my sister, Victor was available to assist me, although she was not "his" patient. He was hands-on and offered his help, although he had his own work assignment.

There were other staff members who also cared for my sister, but Victor stood out with his excellent "team player" approach. If the other nurse wasn't available, Victor stepped in so graciously.

I appreciate the entire night staff on CICU because they give excellent patient care, and that brings comfort to families here with their loved ones.
