Our son had open-heart surgery, and Bianca was his CICU Nurse on the day of and two days following. In a time of heartache, seeing our son in pain and so wrapped with cords, Bianca was kind, informative, orderly, compassionate, and loving.

She took diligent and careful care of our son and was so good to keep tabs on us parents and allow us to be part of our son's care. We love and appreciate her and feel she deserves this Award.
