This nurse came into the room with a ninja headband on and playing the music “Eye of the Tiger” on their phone.
This nurse is absolutely amazing! My husband was so nervous about having his Bone Marrow Transplant, and this nurse came into the room with a ninja headband on and playing the music “Eye of the Tiger” on their phone. It was wonderful! My husband's eyes lit up, and he was so excited! They said, "You got this"!

They always amaze us. This nurse not only takes care of my husband, but they also include me, his caregiver and wife, and our backup caregiver, our daughter-in-law Nina, and it's just unbelievable; they’re just always smiling!

My husband and I walk into the clinic, and we see so many patients who are sad & look like they have just given up, with no hope. It broke our hearts. We teach Sunday school class at our church, and we have a ton of costumes, so we dress up every time he goes to the clinic and try to make the patients and the staff smile!

This nurse gave us her phone number, and they checked on my husband and me. They always took pictures with us in our costumes and gave my husband so much encouragement! This nurse is in our journey book, a book about my husband’s journey through this terrible disease. My husband can be so down or feeling so bad, and this nurse just brings him up, and it just brightens my face and my heart. My husband is the love of my life! I cannot say enough things about this nurse, as they are just amazing. We look forward to seeing them every visit.

Each time my husband goes to the clinic for labs and Dr. visits, we always hope we both get to see this nurse! When my husband was in the hospital, this nurse called almost every day to check on both of us!  No one does that anymore; everyone is too busy. I am telling you, this nurse goes above and beyond. They are definitely an 11 out of 10! I hope that you realize what a wonderful person they are and what they do for their patients because it is amazing! Please recognize them and let them know how special and how worthy they are because they do so much for us, and I'm sure they do this for every other patient. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this journey so much easier!
