Tori took care of the wife, who required admission for traumatic injuries. In the room beside her was the husband, who did not suffer as many injuries but required admission for pain control. This left their dog, Bella, without a caregiver. Tori offered to take their dog and dog-sit until they were well enough to be discharged. Tori took the dog for an entire weekend, ensuring the dog was cared for while its owners received care in the hospital, alleviating that burden.
