I was hospitalized with perforated sigmoid diverticulitis, and while every nurse I encountered was good, Ashley truly stood out and shone. From the moment she cared for me, Ashley's smile, laugh, focus, knowledge, and kindness made a profound difference in my experience. She took exceptional care of me and created a space where I felt completely comfortable sharing exactly what I was going through physically and emotionally. During some of my hardest moments, she held my hand when I broke down, offered genuine encouragement, and helped me feel less alone.

Ashley was thoughtful and reliable in every way. She never forgot anything she said she would bring, and she never once complained. Her calm presence and positive attitude were constant, and she made both me and my visitors feel cared for and at ease.

It truly felt like Ashley was made to be a nurse and a caregiver. When it was time for me to leave, she was the one nurse I wanted to hug, and my husband felt the same way.
