I truly felt blessed having Cheyenne as my nurse. Her professionalism and compassionate care gave me a different outlook on life and made me feel that there was hope for a full recovery. I loved her pride and how, even as she was going through all the discharge instructions, she had the sweetest personality a nurse could have. If any nurse deserves the DAISY Award, I pick Cheyenne. I can't thank her enough. I know that the acronym for the word DAISY stands for (Diseases attacking the immune system) in memory of Patrick Barnes.
