I am a coworker of Melanie Bailey. I have personally witnessed the great care she gives to her patients and all the patients on our unit. She is professional and caring. She is always friendly and positive as this nurse interacts with patients.

She is always quick to help start IV's for other staff when they need assistance. She believes in teamwork, and it shows. This nurse shows respect and compassion not only to the patients but also to fellow staff.

I feel she personifies all the qualities of a perfect nurse, and she is an asset to the 12th floor.
