Terra is very accessible and always helping to work through problems and constantly looking for better ways to do things.
Every single day, Terra Koenig shows up with a positive attitude, always wanting to help in any capacity we need. She is also a wealth of knowledge; she is the most approachable manager I have ever had in terms of a problem or concern I may have. She is always there without judgment and truly helps to solve any problems that may arise.
Terra is a difference maker every day. She is here without fail with her door always open. She always has a smile; you could approach her with anything, and she would just want to help solve any problem or concern a patient or staff member may have. She is so organized with our complex schedule, and having to move pieces around every day to accommodate her providers and patients is exceptional.
Terra is up-to-date on all policies and procedures and how things need to be done correctly. Her scheduling is impeccable; this all fosters efficient care for the patients. There are so many moving parts to this clinic, and when we don’t have enough staff, she is always jumping into staffing to fill the gaps. The patients love her.
As I mentioned before, her door is always open. You could literally go to her with any problem or concern without feeling like a bother or a waste of time. She helps us all balance a positive home life with work, trying to accommodate when we need to be off to take care of our families.
Her communication! She is constantly out and about in every part of the clinic, making sure we’re all having a good day and helping if we need anything. She’s very visible in the clinic every single day; she also runs and leads all of our staff meetings on Tuesday mornings. She’s very organized with sharing information, teaching us what we need to know, and updating us on any changes in the clinic.
She is constantly teaching, constantly improving, and making sure we understand all the different facets of the clinic
