After many, many hospital stays in these last 8 years, I have finally found the most perfect nurse on the planet! Jeff Laurin was my day nurse (7a-7p) on all 3 days I was inpatient. I had a big surgery and was out of sorts and in a lot of pain, but Jeff was so understanding. He treated me like I was his number one concern at that very moment. Jeff's bedside manner is incredible.

At one point during my stay, I voiced that I was having deep regret and expressed how wrong I was for wanting to have this surgery. Jeff stopped what he was doing and came to the side of my bed and talked to me, like a person! He stood right there with me and told me of all of the good things that were going to come my way and that I was strong enough to get through this. Not only was Jeff very understanding about the level of regret and pain I was having, but he was also very prompt to help with any pain meds and any other items that might help reduce my pain. He answered every call light personally and with a superhuman amount of speed. This hospital stay was different. All thanks to Jeff.
