I have been a patient at Malcolm Randall MC multiple times. I have always, always been treated with respect and compassion. How could I ever be so blessed?
During my current hospitalization, a nurse who particularly stands out is Hector. He has been the nurse for 2 West for the past two nights. He is personable, passionate, patient, and professional. He stands out far above anyone else. He performs his duties swiftly and carefully, always going beyond what is expected. He does not linger, but will take time to listen to my concerns and address them.
He is a man of action who takes care of business in a way that is especially helpful and healing. He is deserving of accolades! I am so thankful for all who have cared for me and others. I know it is hard work.
