Erin is a nurse in our primary care office in Amesbury, and to say she is the backbone of our team would not be an exaggeration. She is the steady presence we all rely on every single day. Erin goes above and beyond in ways both big and small. Whether she’s answering phones, rooming patients, juggling a busy schedule, or providing direct patient care, she does it all with patience, compassion, and a calm confidence that puts everyone at ease. She never makes anyone feel rushed, even on our busiest days.

What stands out most is the way she cares for our patients who struggle with mobility. Erin regularly goes out to patients’ cars to help them into the office in a wheelchair. She carefully escorts them across the street to the lab to make sure they get there safely. If a patient cannot make it inside, she will bring the care to them and perform testing right in their vehicle. She does all of this without hesitation and always with a warm smile.

Erin is knowledgeable, dependable, and unflappable under pressure—but more than that, she is genuinely kind. Our patients trust her. Our team depends on her. And we are all better because she is part of our office. I can’t think of anyone more deserving of this recognition.
