Namena was assigned to my ward and was compassionate, recognized my anxiety, and took time to sit with me and listened to my concerns. Her calm demeanor reassured me and my wife during this time. She went out of her way to look out for me and my family's well being even when she was not my assigned nurse. During one of my anxiety events, she was at my bedside offering me gentle words, a kind touch, and explained and suggested ideas to best manage my health situations. She gave us comfort in knowing that we were under the best nursing care when we felt hopeless.

Namena's expertise in managing our complex situation gave us great comfort knowing that we had both physical and emotional support during my stay. Her knowledge and skill truly made a difference. Her professionalism needs to be recognized.
