To her, no request is too small, and that makes a huge difference in how patients feel. What I admire most is how strongly she advocates for her patients. She isn’t afraid to speak up, even when it’s uncomfortable. I have seen her stand up to more experienced nurses when they spoke negatively about patients, always redirecting the focus back to compassion and understanding. She sees patients as whole people, not just their conditions or situations. She consistently treats every patient with respect, dignity, and kindness, no matter the circumstances. She looks at all aspects of who they are and ensures their voices are heard.
