I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and kindness your staff provided during my daughter's stay at Trinity Oakland, ICU. From the moment we arrived, your staff's professionalism, patience, and compassion made a world of difference.

On a Friday, the unthinkable happened to my family; we lost our precious daughter. She was a vibrant, stubborn, loving daughter, fiancée, sister, and aunt. Born just 42 years ago, at this same hospital, she finally found the love of her life and was engaged to be married. When she was admitted to the ICU, she was incredibly sick. She was cared for by two amazing nurses (and an entire team of support people), and I want to highlight both angels. Ryan was her night shift nurse, and Kacie was her day nurse.

Kacie was kind, compassionate, understanding, and warm-hearted. I am a retired RN and can spot those nurses who are called to this profession, and Kacie was definitely in that category.
