Tiffany Rupert provided hospice care to my mother for many months as she traveled her journey to her dying time, struggling with end-stage dementia. Tiffany's kind presence and hospice experience were able to lead my family, especially my father, through this difficult time. She instinctively knew what words to use and the correct time to use them. She faced pushback sometimes and still got the important points across to help our family during this most difficult time. It is also important to acknowledge her patience with my father; he asked the same questions of her multiple times, and she never took offense or took this personally; she maintained professionalism throughout the process. She displayed the best nursing skills, making sure Mom was comfortable until her death.
