Not only was Kim kind and compassionate with my mom, but she also talked with me and really helped the isolation I was feeling by spending long days and nights with my mom.
Kim went out of her way to get answers and help, and to be informative. If my mom, patient, or I asked for or needed anything, she took care of it immediately. Even when I was leaving to get care, a woman asked if I was the nurse for a certain room #. I heard her say, "No, but what can I help you with?" I asked another nurse earlier in the day for help, and they told me to push the nurse's button. She emptied the garbage, got ice, and picked up whatever else was needed. She took exceptional care of my mom. Not enough space to write all she has done and how she went out of her way to be kind and helpful.

Kim was amazing with my mother, who was in the hospital for 6 days with a UTI and bacteria. My mother has advanced Alzheimer's. Not only was Kim kind and compassionate with my mom, but she also talked with me and really helped the isolation I was feeling by spending long days and nights with my mom, who was agitated and restless in the new surroundings. She made sure I was okay, that I had something to eat and drink, and that I felt like I was talking with a good friend. She was also amazing as a go-between with the doctor and our family.
