I am honored to nominate Brie Paxton for a DAISY Award in recognition of her exceptional contributions as the Nurse Residency Program Clinical Educator. Brie consistently exemplifies compassionate nursing, not only through her direct interactions with nurse residents but through the systems, structures, and culture she has helped build to support their success.
Brie plays a pivotal role in shaping the transition of new graduate nurses into confident, competent professionals.
