Shari took the time with our family to walk us through the process of our passing young child, who's been a patient of this hospital for many years. She was very understanding of the outpouring of the community in support and love. Offering a conference room for people to gather together. Not rushing the child to be released to free up the room. She took the time to give us her undivided attention. She's an amazing nurse who deserves the DAISY Award.
