When I came to the emergency room at 28 weeks pregnant, experiencing chest pains, Daniel was the first nurse who worked with me during this unknown, scary experience. Being pregnant and not knowing what was going on to cause my chest pains, Daniel was a calming presence during one of the scariest weekends of my life. He was personable and helped me feel at ease. Without even knowing me personally, he could tell my anxiety regarding the situation was through the roof. He knew just how to explain things to me in a way that was not overwhelming, but was also using a tone of voice that was calming and not anxiety-provoking. My husband and I kept reiterating to each other how, if we had not had this experience with Daniel to start off my time at TG, we would have felt even more scared, anxious, and very panicked. I will forever be grateful that even though that weekend was scary and unnerving, Daniel was a bright light through it all. Thank you, Daniel!
