Kim is our CRN and brings a wealth of experience and support to our unit as a leader and nurse. Her wealth of knowledge is exemplified in the work she does and her willingness to assist and educate others in their growth as nurses. Kim exemplifies excellence in teamwork and patient care every shift she works.

Oftentimes, we do not have the support of a CNA, and Kim is glad to jump in and handle vitals and lights and ensure that we can complete thorough patient assessments. She is always glad to help when asked and communicates clearly about needs and expectations. She is an asset to our hospital and the community we serve.

She has excellent communication and practical skills, making her patients and coworkers feel comfortable and at ease. She is especially good with teens or young adults; she can have a 1:1 with them and put them at ease very quickly. She explains things in a way they can understand, making them comfortable.
