A team member recently shared: “Last week, one of our PRN nurses had a tough assignment. Jenifer didn’t think twice — she stepped in, managed her own busy assignment, and still made sure her pod partner had the help she needed. She even started CRRT on her partner’s patient. This isn’t unusual for her. She’s always willing to help, and she brings so much knowledge and calm to the unit."

She has a way of making people feel safe, even in stressful situations.
