I don’t directly work with Jordan or in her unit, but I have to commend her for all she has endured in order to make her unit successful. Her willingness to step in and pick up staffing holes whenever needed does not go unnoticed, even by someone in another department.

This speaks volumes about her commitment to both her team and patient care. By leading from the front and never asking others to do what she would not do herself, she sets a powerful example of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism. Her actions foster trust and a strong work ethic and truly reflect what an effective and supportive leader should be.

Jordan, thank you for all that you do to support your staff and unit during trying times that are out of your control. You’re an amazing nurse and an even more amazing leader.
