Upon my arrival, Ellisa was the first person from the staff who made me feel welcomed overall, always asking if there was anything I needed at any time. When she finished her shift, she said goodbye, and it was her pleasure to help take care of my needs during my stay at the hospital. When she arrived this morning after starting her shift, it was the same nice attitude, and throughout the day, even now as I'm being discharged.
