Moses took care of my wife in the ICU as well as in the PCU wards and his commitment as a nurse I believe has exceeded anyone and everyone I've ever met in the past!
This morning, I would like to take some time and express our sincere, deep appreciation for one of your employees, Moses.

Moses took care of my wife in the ICU as well as in the PCU wards and his commitment as a nurse I believe has exceeded anyone and everyone I've ever met in the past! Moses is not only sympathetic, empathetic, kind, caring and responsive! I do not believe there are enough words to express what I have seen and my wife has seen in Mose.

At first glance he seems like a quiet calm, soothing voice that's easy to listen to but at the same token he is actively listening to all the patient’s needs! When I first met Moses, I thought he moved slowly but the more I watched him the more I realized he's not moving slowly, but very deliberate concise and in control his movements are without waste even though he appears to be slow he's not everything is done expediently without waste of movement.

My wife has almost never taken to a nurse she has had numerous hospitals stays whether it be in the ICU The OR the PCU and she has never taken to a male nurse like she did with Moses! I strongly believe this is because Moses goes above and beyond with his patience. I know my wife can be extraordinarily demanding, constantly asking for help, even when she was in the PCU, and Moses had two other patients. It seemed as though he was her only nurse, and she was his only patient. He was always extraordinarily quick to respond.

If I had to put it into words, he made her feel like he was her private nurse even though he wasn't! I do not believe I can express in words how much we truly appreciate Moses and we believe that he is an extraordinary person inside and out I wanted to make sure he for what he is doing and how he is helping the patients.

I know we have spoken with you prior, and as I stated before, everybody is so quick to point fingers and complain, but so few are willing to take the time and tell the nurses how much they really appreciate them to make sure that their work ethic and the treatment that they give to their patients is recognized!
