Casey is an amazing role model and resource. Casey has consistently gone out of her way to lend support to New Grads throughout the entirety of the orientation process and beyond. Not only is she an amazing resource in times of stress and extremely knowledgeable about patient care but she provides tremendous emotional support to all of us. She has been a role model who we all look up to and strive to be like one day. We constantly are acknowledging how she was a life saver and how much of a positive impact she has throughout our shifts. Furthermore, she is an amazing kind, thoughtful and caring nurse. Patients constantly tell me how amazing their night nurse Casey was and how she provided an excellent standard of care. She is truly invaluable to BID Needham and a pillar of the welcoming community that makes us feel comfortable asking questions (no matter how silly). I am so grateful to have the privilege to work with her and she deserves all the recognition she can receive.
