During a home visit for wound care on my legs, Jen happened to notice a mark on my stomach where a tube had been removed from a major operation. She didn't like the look of it and recommended I see my primary, and made arrangements for me to see him immediately. This attention probably saved my life, as I had a CT scan done and was then treated with numerous bags of antibiotics. Had it not been for Jen's careful attention, I might not be here today. Every time I've dealt with her, she's been very thorough and has a pleasant disposition.
