It is with immense gratitude and admiration that I nominate Stacie for the DAISY award, recognizing her extraordinary nursing care that helped save my parents’ lives during a traumatic emergency.
In a situation that could have turned tragic, Stacie’s exceptional skill, quick thinking, and compassionate care made all the difference. Her actions not only saved my parent’s life, but she also brought comfort to our family during one of the most overwhelming and uncertain times in our lives.
When my parent was rushed into the trauma room, it was clear that my parent was in critical condition, and the situation was dire. In those moments, the medical team worked with a sense of urgency, but it was Stacie who stood out. Her calm, focused demeanor under intense pressure was not only reassuring to us as a family but also a testament to her professionalism and expertise.
She immediately took charge of my parents’ care, ensuring every step of treatment was delivered with precision, while never losing sight of the human element—the comfort and dignity of the patient.
