Ranze McDonnor repeatedly went out of his way to be sure that my father had the extra help he needed. My Dad had a complete knee replacement, but fell onto this knee and needed a second surgery. The repair had been slow and painful, and there were many other complications that made recovery difficult. Ranze went the extra mile to help my dad. For example, he helped him to walk when therapy was not available, and he always showed kindness and friendliness in his attentive care.

Ranze made my 75-Year-old "old Coach" husband feel confident in his abilities, that he knew what he was doing and did everything well. He had patience and compassion. Ranze treated him with respect and went the "extra mile" while working with my husband. He's an outstanding young man with a wonderful attitude of service. He is an excellent nurse!
