I want to say Ben was amazing when I went into a fib. He immediately recognized my issue and initiated a rapid response. After my room was flooded with people, he continued working with supervisors, engaging the doctor, providing hands on care. He went out of his way to ensure me and my family multiple times how common the event was. This is how they do it on the 9th floor. Just the focused hands-on care, attention to detail, the compassion shown that evening put me at ease. I just laid back, watched TV and left everything in his very capable hands. You've got a great resource and human being in him. He knew what to do, how to do it, and took care of it. And the whole time, remember, he was dealing with a person, not just a patient. So, I just wanted to take the opportunity to share my gratitude for him. For taking amazing care of me even while juggling and coinciding case on the floor.
