Our family is grateful for the compassion, dedication, and humanity he brings to his work every day.
I would like to recognize Brady for the incredible care he has given my daughter over the past few years.
My daughter struggles with hypokalemia, which often leaves her feeling very sick and requires treatment in the ER. Going to the emergency room is something that she truly dreads, but it is often the only way she can get the treatment she needs to start feeling better.
While she has always received good care at SSM, she repeatedly tells me that Brady stands out in a way that is truly special. Brady doesn't just treat her condition-he cares for her as a person. He listens to her concerns, takes time to understand how she is feeling, and treats her with genuine kindness and respect.
In moments when she feels scared, exhausted, and frustrated with her condition, Brady's compassion and patience make an overwhelming situation feel a little more manageable. It means so much to me as a parent to know that when my daughter is at her most vulnerable, she is in the hands of someone who truly cares.
Brady has made such an impact that she recently asked me if he would consider being her nurse when she delivers her baby. That level of trust and admiration speaks volumes about the type of nurse and person Brady is.
Brady turns what could be a stressful ER visit into an experience where my daughter feels heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Our family is grateful for the compassion, dedication, and humanity he brings to his work every day.
Thank you, Brady, for the difference you make in the lives of your patients and their families. You embody what exceptional nursing care should be.
