Emma’s dedication extends beyond individual patient care. She is a true team player, consistently stepping up to support her colleagues by picking up additional shifts, adjusting her schedule, and seamlessly transitioning between day and night shifts to ensure patient needs are met.

She also demonstrates a strong commitment to professional growth and the advancement of nursing practice. Emma has earned her BSN, obtained her SANE certification, and serves as a student clinical instructor for SWCC, helping to mentor and inspire the next generation of nurses.
