Zoila goes above and beyond for her patients and coworkers.

She gets up to triage every patient that walks in the door without an appointment, even if they do not have hotlist symptoms. She comes up with a plan for all of them, even if they cannot be seen today with Express, she is sure to have them seen by someone. She is a compassionate nurse who goes the extra mile to make sure that our patients receive the medications they need.

She contacts pharmacies on their behalf and helps sign them up for discounted programs. Zoila truly embodies what PCHC stands for. Zoila, on a daily basis, exhibits an amazing attitude and effort at work. She is constantly going above and beyond to creatively come up with strategies to solve problems. She is knowledgeable and kind. She is a calming presence.

Every shift with her, I know she will be there supporting our patients and our team. We are lucky to have her.
