“Q” has shown my family compassion during our family members’ transition to hospice. He stepped up and helped explain to my family the steps and reassured us countless times. I am a nurse at McLaren as well and have worked alongside “Q.” He deserves all the praise, and I cannot thank him enough for the time and compassion he has given to my family and my grandmother during this time.
