I would like to recognize my nurse, Pamela, because of the way she cared for me, not just as a patient but as a person. From the moment she walked into my room, she showed kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain what was happening in a way I could understand, and make sure I felt safe every step of the way.

One moment that stood out to me was when my blood pressure was dangerously high; instead of rushing through care, she calmly explained the importance of lowering it gradually so my organs wouldn’t be harmed. She walked me through the process step by step and carefully explained the side effects and uses of my new medication. Her patience and ability to educate me helped ease my anxiety and gave me confidence that I was in safe hands.

Her presence reminded me that Nursing is more than clinical skills; it is about heart and humanity. She truly made a difference in my healing journey, and I am thankful for the extraordinary care she provided!
