Your compassionate care allowed me to heal parts of my birth trauma that I never thought I would be able to.
Chris,

I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible care and support you provided during my labor and delivery. As someone who has experienced significant birth trauma from my first birth, I was incredibly anxious and fearful of going through the process again. However, your presence and the way you cared for me made all the difference.

From the moment you understood the trauma I carried with me, you took every step to ensure that I was not only supported but also fully informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Your ability to communicate my concerns and needs to the entire team was nothing short of remarkable, and it was clear that you were dedicated to making sure that my past experiences were not repeated.

One of the most impactful things you did was consistently ask for my consent before any procedure or action. This might seem small, but it was everything to me. It allows me to feel in control and safe, which was something I needed. You never assumed or acted without checking in with me first, and that respect meant more than I can express.

Your attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. I never had to ask for anything twice because you anticipated my needs and made sure I was always taken care of.

Your compassionate care allowed me to heal parts of my birth trauma that I never thought I would be able to. Thank you for being the extraordinary nurse that you are. You have given me the gift of healing and peace.
