Desiree was the best possible nurse I could have imagined. She should be in charge of training all the new nurses coming up. She was 110% on point with my wife's care, but also her comfort.

She cared enough about my wife to make sure that she appeared comfortable and peaceful. She made sure to use ChapStick on her lips, and to make sure the ventilator tubes weren't tugging on her face, things like that.
