Serina provided exceptional care she provided to my father during his hospitalization.
My father is a 70-year-old man who was admitted to Davenport 5 following urology surgery; he unfortunately experienced numerous, unexpected complications. Prior to this hospitalization, he had been generally healthy and had never spent time in a hospital before. As a result, this experience was frightening and overwhelming for both him and our family.
Serina cared for my father over many consecutive days, and her consistent presence made an enormous difference. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and deeply compassionate. She took the time to explain what was happening, answered questions thoroughly, and treated my father with dignity and respect during a very vulnerable time in his life.
