Olivia was amazing. She went above and beyond. She made sure we had food and drinks available at all times. My sister had asked to have her hair brushed and Olivia got busy that day but still came in when my sister was heavily medicated and still did it even though my sister wouldn't have known that it was not done.

She also did fingerprints with both clay and ink. When the ink pads didn't work well, she thought outside the box and went to labor and delivery and got the ink used for the baby's footprints. She also printed my sister's heartbeat, as my niece would like to get a tattoo of this. She always made my sister comfortable and talked to her like a human, even though she was not aware.

She never talked about her in the past tense and tried to keep us positive in spirit during such a difficult time. She always treated my sister not like a patient but like a family member. She treated us like family as well. She stayed in the room and talked to us even though she probably had a million other things to do.

We will never forget you and know the positive impact you have on a daily basis. Thank you for all you do!!
