Alaa showed up the night after a horrific evening. He was very serious, and I thought, “hmmm.” Wow is all I have. He was serious because he was seriously looking at how to help me after the night before. He wanted to try and time meds, labs, and vitals to give me a window.

I slept two hours and woke up in the same migraine situation as the night before. He was calm and quick on his feet to help. His nature was, “help her as quickly as we can.” He was so kind and helpful. He negotiated with the docs to help, and help he did.

His calm nature kept me from panic and tears. It took a bit, but I finally went to sleep and slept four straight hours. My migraine went from a 12 to 4. I am so grateful to him and wish I could tell him. He is a true asset that some may miss.
